Cask at the Rake / London. Pours hazy yellow with no head. The nose has a bit of lemon, cotton candy, plastic and dough. Light-medium sweet flavor with citrus, grain husk, more plastic, flabby dough, white bread, yeast. Light bodied and soft; not in good condition. Sweet finish with slight lemony tang, women further grain and plastic astringency, mellow grassy bitterness. Not great.

Cask @ White Swan, Hebden Bridge. Gold with a small creamy head. Has a light hoppy-fruitiness in both aroma and taste we a very easy drinking texture.

Cask at the London Drinker Beer Festival, 2015. Chestnut brown pour with a white head. Aromas of raisin, sultana and lots of dark fruit. Dark and red fruit flavours. Malty finish.

Cask@London Drinker 2015 (Friday), Camden Centre, London - pours amber brown with a reddish hue. Aroma and taste is sweet malty and citrus fruity, marmalade, some herbal and light spicy hop bite in there, enjoyable.

Gravity dispense at London Drinker BF ’15, day 2, 12/03/15. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is earthy hop, citric peel, mineral strokes, straw, orange. Taste comprises light pine, smoke, nectarine, bitter citric peel, tangerine. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a chalky mineral rinse. Ok hoppy sessioner.

Gravity dispense at London Drinker BF ’15, day 2, 12/03/15. Reddish amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is pine, caramel malt, candied fruits, straw, earthy hop resonance. Taste comprises caramel, pine needles, light mineral rinse, candied fruit peel, light grapefruit notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Decent hoppy amber.
