Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, light earthy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190730]

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 28/06/19. Murky golden amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, grass, light passionfruit, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises orange peel, toasted malts, grass, passionfruit whisper, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok twist on the style and refreshing enough but has rather lost the hefe base elements.

Cask at the Harp, 12/06/19. Copper pour with a moderate off white covering. Nose is biscuit, straw, crackers, baking powder. Taste comprises dried fruits, light tobacco, grains, straw, crackers. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Passable bitter.
