Cask @ The Bull, Highgate. Golden with a thin head. It has a dry pale ale texture but lacks the associated taste, resulting in a general golden ale hoppiness. It’s also slightly sweet.

Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, white head. So so, notes of vague citrus peel, flinty minerals. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes with further flinty minerality. Not the best.
