Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - amber with a slightly lively head. Nose - slightly worrying sherbet then some spiced crunchy biscuits. Taste - crunchy biscuit and still a little not of sherbet. Palate - light to medium bodied, sherbet edge still . Overall - not sure this is in the condition that the brewer intended.

Deilig maltprofil med syrlige tropiske frukter, mild furunål, appelsinmarmelade og a twist of sweet grapefruit. Elegant og lettdrikkelig, mye å glede seg over i en lav%-øl.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 23.03.20. Clear pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Refreshing taste of lemon, lime, succade and a hint of pale malt. Dry and crisp mouthfeel. Grapefruit bitterness is lingering on. Very quaffable!

Cask @ Tap & Can. Dark pour, covered by a nice beige sheet. Choc ice on the nose. Continues to taste, chocolate taking the lead with soft vanilla shades merging in. Light cask body. Not bad.

Bottle - a Christmas present. Hazy. A pale orange-amber. Thin bubbly white head. Light-medium bitter. Herby/spicy. Underlying malts. Quinine finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough if not particularly interesting.

Bottle - a Christmas present. Stone fruit aroma. Some marmalade. A bitter spike. Slightly hazy pale gold. Frothy white head, recedes quickly. Light-medium bitter. Some tangy stone fruit sourness and a touch of quinine. Malts come through i to the finish. Medium bodied but thin. Fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough. Basic. Old school UK take.

Bottle a Christmas present. Rich dark berry aroma with a malty base. Cloudy dark brown. Thick foamy beige head. Initial light-medium bitter before a sour streak sweeps in. Malty finish. Light bodied. Thin. Average carbonation. Low key astringent finish. Fruity raw bitter. It's decent enough but doesn't quite seem to be the finished article.
