(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 17 July 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, herbs, hay and grain. Malty taste with bread, grain, citrus, hay and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Crisp and clean. Nice one.

Taste: Grainy, sweetish, biscuit, floral / green and lightly spicy hop backbone. Fruity hints of yellow fruit. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light bitterness.

Not bad overall. Packaged in late January this year so maybe has lost a little of its edge - but still quite good. Highly carbonated. Some dry pale biscuits, bitter husk, a little grass, sun-kissed straw. Earthy-grassy bitter linger. Nicely balanced generally.

Can picked up from Sainsbury's, Hereford after Annasley picked us up from the station. Had this Friday 27th February 2026 around Isobel's, Spond, Herefordshire whilst thinking about making a Chicken Tikka Masala. Pours yellow with a mid sized white head. Really gentle and soft carbonation. Light maltiness, a little bit of biscuit, very nice balance, subtle bitterness, great. Score 7.5
