On cask @ Three Tuns, Dronfield - A nice golden body, decent lacing white head, citrus hoppy nose. Lots of hops on the first bite, carries through to the finish, with a pleasant bitterness throughout. A very nice crisp beer.

On cask at Mr Grundy’s Derby - a deep orange coloured body, minimal head again. It comes across as being very rough around the edges this one, caramel, toffee, bitter-sweet, long and odd finish.

On Cask at Mr Grundy’s Derby - a ruby coloured beer, minimal head again, some fruitiness in the nose, but very bland in the flavour. In contrast to the previous one, this was almost water like.

On Cask at Mr Grundy’s Derby - pale coloured body, minimal head. Very sour bitter citrus hits you head on with this, a bitter finish lasted ages. Not one I really liked, but had to do it.

Cask at Mr Grundy’s Derby - Dark brown body, very thin head. Some fruitiness with this and touch of liquorice. Overall the smokiness comes through, with coffee a bit of chocolate and roasted malts in evidence. Best of the Mr Grundy beers this afternoon.

On gravity at the Volunteer, Bristol 30/6/2012. Deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Light, grapefruit and lemon aroma. Flavour had more fruit, some solid malts and a dryish finish. Fine.
