Can shared in London - cheers to Danny. Pours deep brown with a creamy tan head. Quite tasty, nice chocolate cake, maple, mellow roast, light bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pleasantly not too sweet in the finish, more fun maple, cocoa. Tasty stuff.

Craft Islington. Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Airy dark malts, little powdery dark chocolate. Maple. Light bitterness and a touch of tangy fruits on the dry finish.

Cask at the Ship in Itchenor. A typical English bitter with well balanced bitter hops and plenty of malt. There was lots of flavour for such a low abv and drinkability was turned up to 11. It helped that it was perfectly kept and we had just finished a 2 mile family walk. A great pint.

Bottle from Waitrose Petersfield. Copper colour, mid-sized head. Lovely malty flavours with a nutty and caramelly touch, shy aromatic hoppy finish.

Can from Freshfields. It pours cloudy golden with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, juicy, green hops, dank edge, brioche, ripe stone fruit, mango and peaches & cream. The taste is dry, green grassy bitterness, pine needles, weed, brioche, sponge cake, melon, peachy, mango, papaya, nip of spice and a touch of alcohol with a dry, green finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Works rather well. Fruity with green vibes. Glad to see Arundel mixing up a bit and doing it well.
