We are an award-winning, independent brewery and have been brewing since 1992. We are run by a family of craft beer fanatics and our aim is to create the most delicious and flavoursome beers possible.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white whispery and ring head. Aroma is malty, light citrus fruit. Taste is sweet malt, little starchy, light citrus hops.

Keg at Brewers Tap, Southsea. Opaque lightest gold. Aroma has tart citrus. Flavourwise we have tart citrus and underlying malts. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Light but punchy.

Аромат классический для Англии, очень приятный аромат кофе и кофейных херен смешанных с сухость от жженого солода, намека на шоколад и сливу с изюмом. Цвет темный, средний по плотности, пена очень тонкая, кофейного цвета. Вкус очень крутой, сухой в меру с классными нотками от жженки прежде всего, затем кофеек, не терпкий но зерна есть. Вообще вкус прям сильно напоминает не плотный портер в районе 5 градусов. Послевкусие с кислинкой, как будто сливы напоминают снова, шоколадка тоже проявляется но не сильно, не хватает конечно резкости но и это не надо тут. В целом приятный и питкий темный эль в чисто Английском стиле.

Growler from LCB. Brewery #1006. Semi-hazy caramel gold with small white head. Aroma is very citric and passionfruit notes with pine hints. Taste has more of your classic citrus and grapefruit notes with earthy malts. Mid bodied fine carbonation. A solid IPA.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 3rd May 2024. Hazy pale amber with plenty of yellowy white foam affording full lacing. Tropical fruitiness in aroma. Mild citrus in-mouth and throughout the finish. Light bodied with a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel.

8/12/2023. Can from Two Brews, Colchester. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is tropical, stone fruits, papaya, mango, lychee, touch of herb with a slight spicy edge. Moderate sweetness, moderate to medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Well done.
