On tap @ IBF Pub Edition, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini termina con un simpatico pizzo sul vetro. Il liquido è limpido. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. La struttura è di spessore. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate e dalla pericolosa beverinità. Il finale è amarognolo e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso.

On tap @Stavio (Rome). Light cherry with a thin head that rapidly disappears. Aroma of cherry, red fruits, malt, yeasts, delicate and nice. Flavour is mild sourish, fruity (cherry), quite watery, light body, medium to light carbonation. Nice, but I expected more.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Courtesy of the Drunken Duck guys. Couleur acajou, crémeux rosé comme col. Arôme est fruité avec un agréable fruité rendant plus paeticulièrement honneur aux framboises, cerise perce en rétro-nasal avec un agréable bouquet fleuri et ce caractère typique de framboise. Boisé modéré arrive à prendre une petite place. Palais est fleuri avec une base agréable qui profite bien des framboises. Ces dernières conservent ce profil terreux et râpeux ajoutant une petite note acidulé. Boisé reste résiduel avec une effervescence moyenne voire basse. Cerise arrive plus sur la fin, le tout est sec avec un malt de type pils et froment qui donne un peu ce trouble de blanche. Ces malts restent assez inoffensif par rapport aux fruits. Entre une bière fruité et une ’sour’.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry - fruity, wood, light grape. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, grape, dry, red wine ? ripped fruit.
