Heller, hefig malziger Beginn, eher wenig aromatisch und trocken. Das Bier bleibt auch im Mittelteil verhalten, die Hefigkeit hat einen belgischen Touch. Kurzer, etwas wässriger Nachgeschmack. 9/7/7/7/9/8

0.33 l bottle, best before November 2016, shared by markoijelena, thanks! Clear, golden amber with a tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of grains, some honey and a bit of straw. Sweetish-malty taste of grains, honey and some straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours pale golden with a medium and quite persistent white head. Aroma of bread crust, cereals, grassy notes, light farmhouse touch. Flavour is not perfectly balanced and a bit too easy but satisfying, mostly malty with a decent bitter end. Light body, medium carbonation. Ok.

0,33 bottle in Kosovo. Pours semi clear amber-caramel color, medium off white foamy head. Nose: caramel dominates the nose but not an unpleasant blast, dates, dry apricots. Mouth: high carbonation, roasted, peppery after taste. 23/03/2017 again...on tap at So Good. It is a superb amber lager, really. Caramel is silky, charming and balanced. A bit rustic, bread with a prominet and balanced grassy overall. Fantastic!

0,33 bottle in Kosovo. Pours a semi-clear pale golden color, white foam with little retention but traces on the surface. Nose: some bread crumb (yeast), a bit spicy with a sourish note far away. Mouth: this beer talks to a saison in my modest opinion, some cereals, good watery character, firm bitter finish with a peppery background. Unexpected, and pretty tasty and innovative!

0,33 bottle consumed in Kosovo after a long trip. Pours a dark golden color, more amber. Pretty cloudy with tick creamy cap: retention and drafts on the glass. Nose: a balanced mix of grassy and citric notes, a pleasant hint of amber malts, some tropical. Quite delicate. Mouth: round, certainly clean, medium-soft carbonation, very well balanced use of amber malts, refreshing citric soul, lemonade, not aggressively bitter. Meets expectations and steps even a bit above. Good job Mastino!

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours acid yellow with a little white head. Aroma is light yeasty, spices, orange zest, malt. Flavour is unbalanced, sweet with a light bitter end. Medium to light body, medium to light carbonation. Easy, boring.

0.33l bottle from beer box milano, 5.50€ :(
pours a hazy amber with a huge frothy white head and a nice lacing. aroma of herbal and fruity hops, citrus. flavour of herbs, grapefruit zest, dark fruits, malts. very fizzy carbonation, zesty bitter finish. not bad, but why are italian crafts so expensive?

On tap at Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Pours a very cloudy golden color, tick white cap. Nose: spicy, grounded pepper, zest. Mouth: frizzy carbo, quite medium-high tough. Pepper, tangerine, spices, the finish is a bit unbalance although the beer is well-made and clean. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
