Bottle, thanks Iznogud! Clear golden body, white head. Noble hop & grainy notes, but with obvious green apple presence. Interesting taste, flowery, soapy, sweetish, pollen, bitterness. A "ton" of hops was used, which is cool, but ended slightly the wrong way perhaps. Solid beer nonetheless.

Draft at the source courtesy of Mauro, thank you! Clear deep amber color dense tan head. Nice aroma of toasted caramel, subtle fruit. Taste starts with not-to-sweet caramel, more fruit, subtle roast, nutty finish. Very tasty.

Huge gushing at the opening and about one third of the liquid is lost, really not good for a lager. Hazy translucent dark golden with a couple of fingers of head, quickly dissipating and leaving a bit of lacing. Average intense aroma shows honey and slight hay, with a vague fruitiness to it. Taste is cereal, honey sweetness and again that vague fruitiness where you just can't pick up a particular fruit. Medium to high sweet and medium to low bitter, with a sweetish/honeyish finish; still balanced enough. Light bodied, average carbonation, goes down very smooth and easy. Despite some evident flaws this was still a quite enjoyable, decently refreshing beer, that just went down very easy.

Bottled 330ml. -from Signorvino Vicolungo as Signorvino La Bionda. Yellow/pale golden coloured, big airy white head, dusty nose. Sweet malty, notes of honey and grain with some caramel and yeast. Discreet herbal hops in the short finish. So-so.
