GBBF Day 3. Bottle. Hazy dark brown beer, good yellowish tan head. Fluffy palate, fairly dry, good fine carbonation, perhaps a little too much. Mellow dark malts, mildly earthy. Decent dark chocolate and dark fruit tang. Little creamy sweetness. Mild bitterness on the fluffy finish. Comes together reasonably well. Quite drinkable.

GBBF Day 2. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Smooth floral hop. Modest citrus. Clean crisp finish shows a touch of hop bitterness, Decent.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A hazed reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a sticky tan head. Aroma is woody, toffee apple, treacle, liquorice,. Belgian yeast. Flavour is composed OS semi sweet, liquorice, treacle, bitter black malts, toffee, bitter brown. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, boozy, highish carbonation, fizzy. .
