Bottle, Empire Wines, Birmingham. Poured golden with an off white head that dissipated. Sweet, malty aroma. Quite a bit of carbonation happening. Flavour has some honey and butterscotch interspersed with some fruit and hops. Fairly gentle bitter finish. Drinkable and pleasant enough.

Cask gravity at Ashford Rugby Club BF 2007. Very deep ruby with thin beige head. Not a huge aroma. Very mild in mouth, some toffee. Quite rich. Very tasty actually, after a quiet start. Little bit of spice or honey I thought. Coffee flavours too. Nice
