Description
Our pub is open for outdoor service and the brewery is open for retail sales and deliveries! See our website for details. Brewing began at The Flower Pots Brewery in its current form in 2006, making it Hampshire's oldest independent brewery. Perridge Pale, Pots Bitter, Busters Best, Cheriton Porter, Flowerpots IPA and Goodens Gold are always available along with a monthly special. The brewery shares a site with the Flower Pots Inn, where each of our regular beers and our current specials are available. Flower Pots beers have won lots of regional and national awards which can be seen on the inn walls.

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Pours clear brown with a thin beige head, quite a few floaters. Aromas of toffee, biscuit, caramel. Taste is bready, toffee, rich. Bit one dimensional.

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. . Appearance - cloudy amber to brown. Nose - light sweet spice. Dried orange. Taste - dried orange, orange shred marmalade. Brown sugar and sweet spice. Palate - medium bodied and creamy texture. Sweet and creamy finish. Overall - very nice.

Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Albion. Fair white head, spotty lacing, clear golden body. Ripe fruity nose, hints of lime. Moderate taste of grainy lemon, lightly spiced. Semi-dry fruit bitter end. Clean in the mouth. Pretty good. (Winchester 23.10.2019)

Cask ale, half-pint at Guide Dog. Shared with Finn. Spotty lacing from a bubbly white head, hazed golden body. Smell of mid-sweet grainy fruit. Dough fruity flavours. Mid-sweet fruity finish. Quite alright. (Southampton 21.10.2019).

Cask ale, half-pint at Guide Dog. Shared with Finn. Bright amber coloured body. Bubbly pearl white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of apricot and caramel. Mid-sweet fruity flavours joined by caramel and bread. On the sweet side of bittersweet end. Fair enough. (Southampton 21.10.2019).

Cask at Hants Oktoberfest 2019. Herby malty aroma. Light amber. Bubbly white head. Light bitter with some spice. Thin.Watery. Flat. Average carbonation. Dry finish. It's an amber but watery and bland.
