Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, cheese, yoghurt, flowers, herbs and has a sweet cheesy warming finish.

Pours dark, redbrown. Smell is full, intense honey, blackcurrent, barrel is hidden. Taste is full, mildly tart, sweet, cherry like almost. Fullbodied. lovely.

Flaska från SB. Tjusigt mörk blå/röd/lila. Stor och fyllig bärton från svarta vinbär, uppfriskande syra som balanserar upp sötma och honung. Även en djupare sötma från typ russin/torkad frukt från fatlagringen och säkert tidigare stouten. Bra kombination.

Bottle from SB. Dark purple, quite oily. Black currants all the way with honey sweetness and lingering chocolate, oak and roast. Very nice combination of berries and stout elements. Elegant, yet raw at the same time.

ABV: 14.0%. Unclear dark red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy cherry, marzipan, almonds, light honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honeý, marzipan, cherry, almonds. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
