Smaksprøve hos Ninkasira nov-18: dyp rubinrød. Deilig aroma og smak av honnning og kirksebær, men kirsebærsødmen tar fort overhånd, og den blir som en oppvampet utgave av Cherry Heering. Ubalansert. Har kirsebærene blitt tilsatt for sent i prosessen?

MBCC. Courtesy of the brewer. Very dark purple without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, heavy cherries, almond and almond essence. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 110518

Bottle @ MBCC 2018. Pours deep red, no head. Aroma of honey, cherry, cherry stones, light almond. Flavor is sweet, rich honey, cherry, cherry stones. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Light boozy. 110518
