@ Billies Bierkafetaria. Dark brown/black colour, creamy foam. Roasty, some coffee and smoky notes, not very easy drinkable.

Dark yellow colour with intense carbonation and massive foaming head. Nicely balanced Tripel. Malt sweetness but not sugary. Also not overly spicy.

33cl Fles van De Laat, 2018 reprise. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Veel zwarte Engelse drop, hout, licht boozy, veel harde smaken zonder echte balans, redelijk bitter. Medium body.

Slow gusher, pours a bit unclear, amber, big (grainy) head. High visible carbo. Scent has a noticable whisky feature with hops still very present underneath. Taste is bitter, fairly full (creamy body). Fruity, whisky works surprisingly (!) well with the hops. This beer surpassed every expectation.

Pours a bit unclear amber. No real head. Scent is nice, full dried fruitsyness. Barrels are fairly absent. Taste is sharp, lots of wood, some booze, dried fruits. Tad bitter. Perhaps a bit thin, but pleasant aroma's at least.

Pours clear, very dark brown. Little to no head. Scent is mild, some chocolaty roast. Taste is sharp, burnt malts, dry, chocolate (pure) . Fairly thin bodied for 9% , medium high carbo. Bit underwhelming.

Huge beige head over practically black beer. Heavy burnt/rust and Bourbon nose, velvet, Brazil nuts, chocolate. Dry, yet sweetness beneath, alcoholic, Bourbon/whisky if not too much vanilla; black chocolate, dark bread, rum, young oak. Full bodied, viscous; alcoholwarming. Quite good stout, with the Wild Turkey giving depth but not getting too vanillated.
