440 ml can, as Pentrich Northfield Garage Double India Pale Ale, from Left Field Beer, England. ABV is 8.0%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Lovely aroma and flavour of yellow stonefruits, hints of citrus and tropical fruits. Would buy again.

Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark, brownish red with a glint of translucency and an uneven reddish/khaki head. Astringent aroma with toffee and berry notes. Bittersweet taste, more astringency here, with light berry flavours, a touch of roast chocolate, some cress. Fairly thick body for the ABV with almost no carbonation. I did like this but was hoping for a bit more character.

Not bad overall. Some semi-ripe citrus, sturdy bitter rind, pine. Little resin though. Background pale malts. A little biscuit. A few crackers, straw. Pleasant lingering bitterness, light warmth. Drinks fine.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear deep amber beer, small and short lived bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied malts, thin and dry. Touches of caramel and toffee. Fair few esters. Mild pine and mild ripe berry fruits. Light dry finish. Tasty enough but too dry and too estery in my book.
