Can from LCB. Over 4 months still in date. Hazy orange pour with small white covering. Aroma of orange, pineapple, passionfruit and an earthy floral note. Taste along similar lines, something of a bitter orange zest to it but with the juicy tropical you would expect. Medium bodied, pillowy, light dryness, softly carbonated. Tasty although very similar flavour wise to a lot in the style.

Can from LCB, 3 months still in date. Hazy orange pour with consistent white head. Nice fruity yet punchy hop aroma of orange, mango, grapefruit rind, pine. Taste is a little softer in the fruits with of notes of orange, melon, grapefruit, lime but then there is a bitter and light green funk that kicks in. Medium bodied, soft to fine carbonation. Good stuff.

Can from LCB, still in date. Hazy gold with small white head. Tropical and 'green' aroma with spring onion, mango, papaya and grass. Taste has a mid-sweet tang with notes of mango, apricot, grass, light spring onion. Quite chewy, moderate bitterness, soft carbonation. Decent.

Can from LCB, still in date. Hazy yellow-gold with small white consistent head. Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, soft malts. Taste of citrus, peach, mango, soft malts, herbal punchy bitterness. Pillow like mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation. The aroma was a bit subdued so I was expecting an average IPA. However the flavours were great with a nice bitterness. Very enjoyable

Can from LCB, consumed 5 months before BBE. Pours a chestnut brown/dark amber with beige head. Aroma of malts with brown sugar, bread, caramel, hint of nuttiness and spice. Taste has notes of caramel, caramelised sugar, brown bread, dried citrus peel, somewhat nutty. There is also a hint of spicy hop but could do with more of that. Good.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy dull orange with smooth white top, good lacing. Notes of caramel, orange, grapefruit zest, passionfruit. Medium bodied, creamy fine carbonation, low but long bitterness. Served a bit too cold and I didn't have the time for it to warm up. Nonetheless, its a very nice semi-rich creamy pale ale.

330ml panda from LCB at 7%. Hazy golden brown with off white consistent top. Aroma is quite sweet with notes of caramel, citrus, mango, green funk. Taste of a pithy mixed citrus with a herbal bitter mini-punch that mellows until a late juicy hop burst. Medium bodied, slick but a touch of mineral dryness towards the end. Enjoyable.

Cask at The Wellington, Birmingham. Pours black with a small beige head. Roasted malts, chocolate, liquorice and lactose come through with a decent oomph. Bittersweet. Slick and drying mouthfeel. Good.
