Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, light citrus, light herbal, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
