Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 21st April 2019. Deep sepia with light brown lacing foam. Rich roasted malt aroma. Burnt coffee, bitter chocolate and slightly smoky roastiness in-mouth. A satisfying finish of soft fruits, roasty malts and bitterness in the rear mouth. Medium bodied with an engaging texture, albeit served just a tad on the cold side.
