22nd Sep 2017: cask half-pint at The Wrekin Inn, Wellington Shropshire. Slight haze to the golden pour, neat white crown on top. Dry tasting beer with a heavy grapefruit aroma and taste, not really sour, but certainly 'grapefruity' throughout.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small creamy head. Has a hoppy nose with ginger its dominant flavour, although this is light in real terms and it has an easy-drinking texture.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 28th July 2017. Clear amber with off-white shallow foam and scant lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Intense ginger, citrus and, rather interestingly, almond in-mouth. A grassy kick. Fruity, malty, somewhat nutty finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body. A very interesting beer. Rated as a novelty ale.
