The brewery was founded by Ian & Domi Kimber, and together with Owen, Adam, Aled & Ian B, we brew great beer. The same care and attention goes into each and every brew, each and every step in the process, each and every cask, keg and bottle.

26/6/2024. Bottle from Londis near Y Bryn a'r Bragdy, Brynhoffnant. Aroma is utterly buttery, caramel, sweet malt, wet grain, cardboard. Sweet with light to moderate bitterness and body. Foamy carbonation. Too sweet and buttery, but some bitterness came through making it better. Overall not keen.

Cask at the Glengower Hotel, Aberystwyth. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt and light yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, yeasty, herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Fra cask på GBBF aug-23, delt med Steven: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig urteprofil både i aroma og smak. Litt citrus og furunål. Mye smak til en lettøl å være. God bitterhet og tørr avslutning.

I am having a mini-tasting with myself today, 17th March 2023. The wife is out with old school friends, so Bertie and I are home alone until they all turn up later to use our bar. A 500ml bottle of this is the first beer of my little tasting session; BB June 2023 and obtained from Virgin Wines. Poured into a vase shaped UK pint glass at 13:30. Crystal clear golden body, carbonation bubbles rising to replenish the smooth white crown on top. It's making me burp! Soft body feel, dry finish, no aroma, light hop bitterness. UK lagers rarely excite and sadly this is no different to so many others, the soft body being the only bit that sets it apart from some of the harsher ones we tend to brew.

500ml bottle: BB May 2023. Drank at home on 12th March 2023. off-white crown on a deep amber body, typical Welsh Bitter look. Nice malty aroma and taste, backed up with a good dose of bittering hops for balance. Liked it.
