Description
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. We produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans.

After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of our own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.

Our ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

Pint of gravity at the Hitchin Beer Festival. Looks like a fruit juice and also tastes like one. Very apricot. Ok, but you could only have one. I've had a lot better.

Cask gravity at K&ES 2026. Hazy amber colour lasting off white head. Malty bitter. Slightly hoppy some amber malts. Some earthiness. Fine ok condition. Bit tight.

Draught keg at Tønne, Leicester. Orange/pink and a little hazy with a ring of pinkish white head. Aroma of rhubarb, hibiscus, some tart berry. Pleasant. Taste gives an eggy vanilla sweetness, more hibiscus. Sweet throughout despite the continual background presence of rhubarb. Light, light body with soft-ish carbonation. A nice summer drink but I like things a bit more ramped up. Bring on the impy stouts!

Hand pulled half pint at the St Valentines Day Massacre Beer Festival in the Ludlow Brewery Railway Shed on 13th February 2026. Hazy lemon/dish water murky look, white crust on top. Didn't really take to this one, plenty of citrusy hops I suppose, but it was a little wishy washy.
