experimenting is a core part of what we do. we trial new techniques, flavour profiles and styles until we land upon a hit. A beer can be dreamt up, mashed in, brewed and served in the same space; making our brewery a hive of activity, be a Monday morning or a Saturday night.

Keg @ Brewdog Manchester, Manchester. Pinkish-red with no head. Has a tangy-fruity sourness and is fairly hoppy.

On tap at Clove Hitch. Pours a gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has grass with earthy citrus and a light straw supporting. Flavor has lots if grass and straw with a hint of mild citrus underlying.

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 22/10/18. Reddish pour with a light crimson covering. Nose is tangy berries, lemon rind, pissoi tones, straw, on the turn melon. Taste comprises berry pips, lemon rind, grass, light acidic bite, tarte citric zest, grains, light balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit wash up. Ok refresher.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Brewdog Bar Barcelona", Barcelona (Spain). Light copper colour with a low off-white head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is lacto, cherry, raspberry and yoghurt. Taste is red berries, candy, acidic and cherry. Finish is tart. Light and slightly watery. Next one please!

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, rye, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, rye, smoke - rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Keg at Brewdog shepherds Bush for the collabfest 2018. A clear pinky red coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice tart woody raspberry tart, little lacto. Flavour is composed of tart raspberry, green apple. Palate is semi sweet, tart, moderate carbonation, little flabby. Tart finish. Little salty in the finish.
