experimenting is a core part of what we do. we trial new techniques, flavour profiles and styles until we land upon a hit. A beer can be dreamt up, mashed in, brewed and served in the same space; making our brewery a hive of activity, be a Monday morning or a Saturday night.

12 horsepower and almost not noticeable….unless you drink a lot of it. Then it is good night quit early. Lovely powerful and tasty ale.
Black color with a fine beige head. Good lacing. Nice intensity in the aroma. Full body and s mooth carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Chocolate, fruity, coffee and some roast in the flavor.

What a lovely little gem. Tasty and lovely balance. Go for it.
Hazed dark golden with some pink notes. Nice head that gives a fine lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and acidity. Semi dry texture. Lactic, raspberry, fruity and some biscuits.

The fruit infusion worked really nice in this one.
Unclear dark golden color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Fruity (blackberry I suppose), grapefruit, pine and mild resinous flavor.

Nice fresh and easy drinkable ale!
Unclear dark golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks fine and inviting. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Semi dry texture. Citric, pine, malty and tropical flavor.

Classy and tasty brew!
Unclear brown-ish color with a fine tan head. Decent lacing down the sides of the glass. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness. Bready, juniper, yeast and fruity flavor. Good complexity. Solid brew.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of sweaty oranges, green plant stalks. Taste is light bitter, orange, light herbal. Resin. Bitter, chalky finish.
