Description
In 2010, Rob decided to take his passion for cider making to the next level and became a craft cider producer. Over 9 years the company has expanded and now provides a variety of ciders across the Country but has not lost its original heritage or authenticity. The company, based in the quintessential village of Hallaton, Leicestershire produces a range of ciders using apples from orchards in Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire and from the farm itself.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, cranberry, cherry. Taste is sweet, sugary, syrup, ripe apple, fruity, cranberry and cherry, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. OK

25/8/2022. From BIAB at the 43rd Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, cranberry, cherry, sweet sugar syrup. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, sticky, no carbonation. Sweet finish. Not bad.

Bladder bag at the 31st Ealing Beer Festival, Walpole Park, 15/07/22. Pale golden blonde with little in the way of a head. Nose is on the sweet side, pineapple at the fore, grass, hay. Taste comprises pineapple, peach, grains, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not terrible ... expected worse but nothing to revisit ... sweet but not PTT in this respect.

poly pin at fyne fest 2022... lightest Yellow... thin white lacing.. soft fruit... soft apple nose .. . big juicy.. Light lime... Light floral fruit.. very apple elder flower juice

Bag in Box at Carnival Inn (JDW), Bridgwater. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma: light wine, champagne and pear notes. Taste: lemon, pear, light fruitiness, champagne notes. Light body with minimal carbonation

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. 7.0%. Clear golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of mellow fruity apple. Taste is sweetish, tart, mellow apple, with some green apple and citric drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet, pineapple, citric, some fleshy apple, sugary, tinned fruit salad juice. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish with some tartness. OK

Taste is sweet, strawberry, vanilla, rhubarb hint, jelly, sugary. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet jelly crystal finish. Like drinking strawberry jelly that hasn't set!
