Entre una cosa y otra hacia ya un tiempecito que no probaba una dubbel, no es que le tenga a ésta Ename muchas espectativas, pero con respecto al estilo la cojo con bastantes ganas, veamos. Color marrón cobrizo, totalmente turbia, corona de espuma de media conservación, blanco roto-beige muy clarito. Aroma a malta tostada, chocolate negro, café, pan negro, caramelo y un ligero toque de frutos rojos y negros. En boca mismos matices que en olfato, cuerpo medio, algo sedosa. Como dubbel algo normalita, pero para mi agradable.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours darkest purple with. Frothy off - white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, crunchy ripe cherry, Bakewell tart, marzipan, toasted malt and cacao nibs. The taste is sweet - sour, also bitter - sweet, toasty grain, juicy, tangy, jammy, crunchy ripe cherry, toasty grain, some tannin, Bakewell tart and dull alcohol presence with a tangy, jammy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Decent enough. The addition of cherry dominates the base beer.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear copper with green a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, tangerine, orange, marmalade, gummy candy, toffee, sappy, resin and pine. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, nice bitterness, resin, pine, sappy, bitter orange peel, campari, touch of caramel and muted alcohol with a slick finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Quite nice overall. Drank well.
