Bottle from HoTM. It pours crystal clear yellow - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, cakey malt, touch of white sugar, cereal, hay, some nuttiness, damp grain, grass, touch of farmyard and dough. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, firm bitterness, slap of booze, rawness, damp grass, leafy, toasty grains, bread, sponge cake and some spice in the mix with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Not much fruit character which for a tripel is unusual. Fine for the style but no game changer.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours cloudy blonde with a rugged, fluffy white head. The aroma is much more herbal than the blonde, damp grass, candy, pear drops, melon, banana split and icing sugar. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, fragrant, floral, bitterness, pithy, zesty lemon, grassy, herbal, leafy, some stone fruits, apricot and hearty bready malt with a dry, herbal finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent stuff.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear yellow - blonde with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, doughy, white bread, grain husks, cereal, some spice, dull banana and melon. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, toasty grains, cereal, spice, bread, straw, grass, muted estery fruits, melon and a nip of alcohol with drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation, fluffy carbonation. Reasonable blonde. Good boost edge. Not a huge amount of depth, but drinkable.

clear chestnut to mahogany colour, moderate sized creamy beige head; aroma of sour cherry, prune, some dark chocolate, rasisins and caramel notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with only moderate sourness; not bad at all, but I expected something different from an oud bruin

Bottle from slight hazy yellow - blonde thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is freshly baked bread, biscuit, doughy, brioche, grassy, minty, floury, some banana, melon, apple and pear drops. The taste is crispy, drying, snappy, bitter, grassy, herbal, minty, green banana, melon, pear, apple, nip of alcohol, peppery spice, cracker, grain and biscuit with a drying, herbal finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Not bad.

The aroma is fresh, soft, doughy white bread, brioche, rich tea biscuit, touch of paper, leafy, cabbage and green veg. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, grassy, straw, nip of raw alcohol, soapy florals, dull pear, melon, light candy and a touch of boiled sweets with a drying, floral finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fair and drinkable, but forgettable.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours darkest ruby - brown with a thick, fluffy khaki head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, chocolate, loads of dried fruits and berry, crunchy cherry, raisin, sultana, dried fig, jammy, toasty grain and roasted malt. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, crunchy upfront, bright dark fruits and berry, cherry, cranberry, raisin, fig, splash of red wine, toasted fruit cake, toasty, roasted malt, chocolate, dull coffee and some dull alcohol presence. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Nice fruity dubbel.

The aroma is big brett on the snout, dry wood, straw, funk, touch poopy, dried orange and white sourdough bread. The taste is crispy, bone dry, nice brett character, straw, grass, dry wood, spice, deep funk, earthy, biscuit, brioche and touch of alcohol. Bone dry finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Nice brett blonde. Not a huge amount of depth, but very quaffable.

Flaska från SB. Klar ljust gyllengul vätska med högt stabilt kritvitt skum. Jäst, örter och gräs i doften. Torr och krispig, fina belgojästiga fruktiga smaker som möter beskare örter och gräs. Frisk som en single och fyllig som en rejäl blond och med beska som xx bitter. Drickvänlig och riktigt bra. Ett fynd på SB.
