Servida en cáliz, color marrón cobrizo oscuro, prácticamente opaco, espuma beige bien retenida. En nariz aromas muy atractivos de malta tostada, chocolate negro, fruta seca (ciruelas pasas, dátiles...) pan negro, pan de centeno, pan tostado, licor, madera... En boca es tremenda, cuerpo medianamente completo, textura oleosa, algo seca, con matices tan deliciosos como complejos, una sinfonía de notas marcadamente dulces, frutales y almibaradas y otras notablemente amargas y torrefactas, al paladar vienen recuerdos de chocolate negro, frutos negros, secos y pasificados, postres ricos en cacao, whisky...que rico banquete. Una cerveza de bastante profundidad y robustez, cálida y de agradable textura... más que rica, cojonuda.

Bottle. Golden amber with a dense cm of near white head. Aroma of of lemon pudding, crackery dough, coriander. Sweet, doughy and boozy with nice candied lemon and maybe a bit much coriander. Dryish and reasonably bitter end. OK if not the most refined.

Bottle from Nikita and Yevgenia: pours gold with big 'ol foamy head. Aroma is candy sugar, yeast, flowers. Taste is sweet with a more dry and bitter finish.

Pale yellow colour with thin soapy head. Aroma has malt and a touch of lemon. Tastes quite good. A little zesty and some grainy sweetness. Decent mouthfeel. Almost no cardboard that is synonymous with alcohol free.
