Bottle 6% @ FOneFan, Pre-Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2012. Clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little tart. Flavour is apples, quite dry, fruit, citric and a little acid.

Bottle. A lightly unclear, golden cider, flat, but with some bubbles on top. Lots of apples on the nose, some cores and orchard, some citrusy notes. The flavor is rather acidic, with a healthy dose of apples. Medium body, quite dry and tart. A quite pleasant one, refreshing and easy drinkable. A cider well worth a revisit. 120818

Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, moderate apple, vanilla, powdery apple - pear. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity, pear - apples pudding, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20110911]

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Slightly hazy gold in colour and pancake flat. Light, stewed pear aroma with a touch of toffee and wood. Flavour started sweet, with a touch of minerals and some chewy, slightly spicy pears leading to a medium finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Hazy gold in colour and dead flat. Tart, slightly acidic, apple aroma. Flavour was dry, with some mouth puckering acidity and balancing fruit. Strangely refreshing. Ok.

Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, wood, apple peel, farmhouse notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic - tart with a long duration, dry, tart apples, wood.
