BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orange golden colour, thin bubbly rom and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, appley, solventy acetic funk, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acetic funky finish. Quite drinkable.

13/4/2024. From BIAB at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours very slightly hazy golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apples, caramel, baked apple, a light funky musty barnyard notes. Medium sweet, with a nice zingy tart edge. Medium body, light carbonation. Drying tannic finish. Very likeable.

BIAB at Partizan Tavern, Nottingham. Pale yellow gold colour and no head, aroma of fruity Perry pear, acetic funk.Taste is fruity,tangy, perry, acetic funk and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable

Murky matt medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, sour apples, horse blanket, wood. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long to average duration, tart, dry, apple, tannins, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
