Ingeblikt 5 nov. 25, bijna 9 maanden geleden. Troebele bleekgele kleur en een zepige witte kraag. Geur is dank, maar ook flink granig, later ook fruitig, m.n. citrus. Retronasaal is het iets zoetig, granig, citrus. Smaak is licht zoetig en iets citrus juicy. Lichte body. Korte afdronk, ietsje droog. Best een fijne dorstlesser.

330 ml can. Pours a reddish brown with moderate head that settles quickly Aromas of candi sugar, oak, raisins, candied orange and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with sweet notes edging out the oak. Somewhat light and a bit thin, but still quite tasty. Good.

44cl Blik van AH. Special Edition, maar wat er special aan is kan ik niet achterhalen. Dry-hops etc zijn hetzelfde. Dalons en WHC Labs staan niet op het etiket vermeld, wat wel op een eerdere versie zo was. Mistig oranjegouden kleur, witte kraag. Fruitig, bloemig, licht harsig, jeneverbes, alcohol, hint van rubber, bittere finish. Medium body.

Can. Black with a cm of tan head. Aroma of mocha - more chocolate than coffee - roast, brioche. Roast and some hops emphasize bitter chocolate and make it seem less sweet than it probably is. No tricks but polished.

Donkerbruin toto bijna zwart bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter met veel zwarte koffie, wat geroosterd brood, bittere chocolade en een heel klein beetje anijs. Heel erg goed.
