On tap at Oedipus, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out of dry, musty, red grape skins, some bugs, and a little oak. Flavour is very earthy and dry, with a hint of phenols, lots of earth dry grape skins, and a hint of bugs. Yeah, there are definitely some phenols here that ruin this a bit. The Alice is way better.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head Aroma brings out lots of brett, white wine grape must, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very buggy and vinous, with lots of dry white wine grape skins upfront, complemented by plenty of buggy brett, and a touch of oak. Complex, dry and blended well. Excellent.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle Szechuan peppercorns, rustic spicy saison yeast and a touch of floral character. Flavour is spicy, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of peppers and lemongrass, and finishing floral and fry. Nothing overly invigorating but it's pleasant.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma is spicy, with Belgian yeast esters, and pretty faint notes of lemongrass, galangal and chili pepper. Flavour is gently spicy, with subtle lemongrass and galangal, even subtler chilli, all wrapped up in the Belgian yeasty esters without being too chaotic or estery. Good stuff.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out a nice roasted malt base, with gentle caramel and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is dry and roasty, with a very nice, clean roasted malt base, a hint of caramel and a nice bitterness on the finish. Sturdy and roasted for a simple stout. Good stuff.

Bottle. Color: Pale yellow, thin white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, a bit tart, some funk, fruity grape. Taste: Moderate tart, rural funk, fruity lemon and white grape, some oak wood, tannins. Just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Very light hopbitterness. Nice and very refreshing fruity Wild beer.
