Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Deep amber with an off white covering that clears to a swirl. Nose is fruit slice, grains, earthy, toffee, light herb. Taste comprises dried fruit rinds, grains, biscuit, light spice, caramel malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Okay drop ...can't say I'm getting any rum mind.
