Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.
Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.
Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body under a small, golden head. Nice aroma of malt, red berries, wood and hint of caramel and mild, funky cellar notes. Taste is super smooth, sweet and sour with malt, red berries, cherry, wood, mild vinegar, hint of dry fruit and some toffee. Nice balance in taste, flavors, body with a long, pleasant aftertaste. Solid, elegant and very quaffable, noe really sharp edges - feels a bit like a light Rodebach for the more reserved sour beer drinkers. Highly enjoyable.

0,33 l bottle from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb, shared with Ogi at the Mini Tasting on February 15th 2021. Dark brown, small beige head. Weird sour-roasty combo, dark fruit, alcohol, rubber, wood. Tart, dark chocolate, dark berries, liqueur. Medium body, soft carbonation, moderate finish, slightly smoother. A bit messy but not a bad experiment overall.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, aroma of brett and herbs, mainly mint and sage, flavor of citrus and herbs, light sourness, noticable and a bit unpleasant bitterness, touch of sweetness. Not too great.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 27/03/21. Lightly hazed orange with a faint reddish hue and topped with a just off white cap. Nose is sharp red grapefruit, lemon rind, orange zest, dusty straw, light funk, damp cloth. Taste comprises more bitter red grapefruit notes, blood orange, damp hay, grass, orange pith, funky tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with moderate hop bitterness and a light puckering climax. Good refresher.

Panda thanks to Fergus: Poured an orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, zesty orange, citrus. Taste is zesty citrus, very acidic, punch to the palate, hops, softens a bit in the finish.

The rain prompted me to crack this open: Brewdog Overworks Arcade City 10% Tokyo Stout Aged in Whiskey Barrels Deep black with ruby highlights and no foam. The aroma is tart berry and the medium to full body gives you a first impression of sherry, Tart berries, soy chocolate stout but mostly berries. Good but very tartly sweet with the whiskey barrel mostly showing up in the aftertaste. Based on the label this isn’t what was intended as it’s veered into oud Bruin type territory but tasty.
