Light copper/amber colour with a large dense off-white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, mixed with nice malt and plentiful english hops. Medium-bodied; Very bittering with the english hops up front, fading quickly to show the malt character. Aftertaste left clean, but somewhat bitter. No sugars to speak of though. Overall, a decent beer, not my favourite bitter though! I got this twelve ounce bottle from Mabdoney in a trade way back in August! Cheers Matt! I sampled this one on 21-November-2003.

Hazy copper colour with strong orange highlights. Thick dense off-white head. Aroma of very strong citrus and floral hoppy notes. Medium-bodied; Hoppy taste actually fading quite quickly to reveal some peach taste. Fairly short-lasting, and actually less hoppy than I had imagined. Overall, a good IPA, but not one of my favourites. I got this twelve ounce bottle at Green's in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dark brown in colour with a dense tan head. Smells of malt and grapes-pretty nice. Strong maltiness with a decent amount of sweetness. Aftertate fairly malty and pretty bittering. Overll, pretty good for the style...another good showing from Sweetwater. I had this beer on draught at Summit's in Sandy Springs (Atlanta), Georgia on 25-September-2003.

Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Smells of straight up blueberries...very potent! Medium-bodied; Strong blueberry flavour, a bit of malt and some sweetness. Aftertaste shows a strong sweetness with a bit of blueberries. Overll, pretty good! Much better than Blue Moon and a fruit-beer that went very well. I had this beer on draught at Summit's in Sandy Springs (Atlanta), Georgia on 25-September-2003.

Thanks to aracauna for the trade. Nice dark brown (almost black) pour with a thick dark beige head. Nice lacing throughout the glass. Aroma is lightly smoky under malt and coffee. Somewhat rich with a nice blend of coffee, chocolate, and malt. The finish is a little sharp, maybe even hoppy. This is a solid beer, and my only problem with it would be a lack of refinement.

A great-looking pale ale - crisp golden body with a compact head. Light hop aroma and flavor, lingering sweetness. It has a thick mouthfeel for a pale ale. A great warm weather, bbq beer. Thanks brewbandit!

Thanks to brewbandit for this one. This has a floral hop aroma, a dirty-blonde body and a nice lacing. The flavor isn't as hoppy as I would like, but there is a nice malt backbone, a mild sweetness, and a slighty, woody character to it. Dry, citrus finish. This is quite enjoyable.

Thanks to T.A.R. for this solid IPA. I think it is every bit as good as Fuller's and Stone's version, but not on the scale of Buckeye '76 or Ruination. Light and hazy amber color with a medium bone white head. Resonant hops aroma with some citrus. Flavor is nicely sharp and crisp, consisting of floral hops, pine and citrus. Finish is rather dry with a nice bite. Not as intense as the great IPAs out there but it is good enough.
