Bottle. Color: Clear amber, very thin off-white head. Aroma: Fruity notes of dried fruit, stone fruit, malty,. Taste: Following the aroma. Stone fruit and dried yellow and some dark fruit, boozy hints and subtle spicy, hints of cinnamon and Cognac, some caramel. Malty. Hoppy background. A bit Champagne-like. Medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Boozy hints. Nice one.

Opaque colour and no head. Berryish aroma, vanilla, cherries - no so strong. Medium-bodied. Smooth. Toasted, vanilla, light sweet cherries, soya, very mellow. Alcohol bite in the aftertaste. Nice.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Black coloured, small to medium sized beige head, chocolate and surprisingly light alcohol in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate mousse, oak and vanilla with mild oranges. Noticable but balanced alcohol, chocolate in the finish. Well done.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown medium foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some light bourbon notes and chocolate praline notes that are dominant. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and nice chocolate praline notes with residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. This is tasting closer to a dessert than a beer but extremely enjoyable.

Had this off tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam and then again now in Paris at La Binouze, pours black - for the ABV it’s thin in the mouth, taste is bourbon, chocolate, liquor / it’s decent - but not an absolute banger
