Bottle at Murray's Restaurant, Clevedon, Somerset 25/5/2018. Deep gold in colour, with moderate levels of carbonation. A pleasant cider, with crisp apple juice, a citrus edge and moderately dry finish. Good.

[ As Polgoon Sparkling Pear Cider ].
Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sweet pear, champagnebrus is (a ice from I was a child). Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pear, champagnebrus is (a ice from I was a child), quit dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. I liked this very much because it made me think of me as child when i got this ice. :0) [20180601]

500ml bottle from Wyevale garden centre, Stockton. Reddish pink colour with a white/ light pink foam head that slowly dissipates away and aroma of fruity berry & blackcurrant. Taste is sweet, berries, raspberry, blackberry, currants, passionfruity along with some apple. Mediu bodied, soft carbonation, lightly tart fairly clean finish. Quite OK.

500ml bottle from Wyevale garden centre, Stockton. Pours a sparkling pale straw yellow colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head, and a tangy pear aroma with sulphur hints. Taste is sweetish, pear, fruity, sugary, then abit astringent and drying. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, some residual sweetness at the finish. OK.

500ml bottle. Sparkling very pale yellow-gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower, apple. Taste is sweetish, tart & citric, with elderflower and apple, abit sugary. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweetish lemonadey finish. OK.
