Bottle at a Fish & chips joint somewhere in Penzance. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing white head. Body is quite carbonated, but less than expected for a sparkling something. Aroma and flavor is light and fresh apple, sweet and slightly acidic with hint of cellar notes. Pretty light but quite pleasant.

330ml bottle from lowcostbeer.com. No BBE dates showing. Look - pours clear gold, brief fizzy head, standard appearance. Nose - funky apple juice, apple peel, touch of barnyard. Taste - semi-sweet, slight tart apple juice but crisp dry finish Palate - medium bodied but slightly clingy sugary texture on the teeth, overly high sharp carbonation. Good cider flavours although a poor mouthfeel.

Backlog June 2018. Clear golden body almost without any head. Mild apple aroma, almost a bit vinius like white wine. Taste is slightly oxidized apples, ripe apple and Sherry notes. Medium body and same aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is crisp apple, fruity, some skin & core, alittle sweetness along with some acidity and soft tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Scrattings, my 1000th cider rating drunk coincidentally on my birthday. Pours a deep clear red. Assorted hedgrow beery fruits on the nose. Taste is Ribena and a general assorted berry medley, a touch syrupy and clean. Not too bad.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart berries, apple, sweet apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is softto flat.
