Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

Drucken på fat på Bishop. Mycket tropisk frukt och citrus i doften. Persika, melon, grape. Smaken är först fruktig men strax mycket stramare med tydlig ganska sträv citronskalsbeska. Lätt kropp, väldigt humleorienterad, torr och lång efterbeska. Någonstans mellan apa/ipa. Riktigt bra.

Draft at Baccus, Newcastle on 27 July 2013. Poured a clear, bright amber with a thin, but stable off white head. Cereal malt with grassy and floral hops on the nose. Pine hop resin flavours with a malty sweetness that balances. Grainy, dry palate.

Draft at Baccus, Newcastle on 27 July 2013. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a very thin white head. Aroma of some tropical fruits and a little citrus. Grassy, hop resin flavours met with some biscuity malt and a little lemon zest bitterness... dissipated into not very much palate.
