Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Cask at the craft. Slight haze light yellow golden . thin loose white head. Nice hop aroma squishy fruit. Flavour is lemon lime. Tiquilla comes through at the end. A little peppery spice. Very soft carbonation. Could do with a little more carbonation. Medium sweet.

CBC. Cask. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and heavy coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish. 040513

Cask @ CBC. Dark brown with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop, grapefruit and spicy. Flavour is malt, caramel, grapefruit, spicy, little gin?, little bitter, little citrus and medium sweet.

Cask @ CBC. Hazy amber with tiny head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hops, citrus, earthy and grapefruit.Flavour is malt, hops, earthy, spicy, fruit, caramel, toasted, medium sweet and medium bitter.
