Can from Micro Beer Crate. Pours a pale crystal clear gold, brief white fizzy head, some bubbles remain. Aroma is very floral with the elderflower on a background of tangy dessert apple and light funk. Taste is very much as anticipated from the aroma with the elderflower dominating but a tangy apple still notable. Somewhat sweet and sugary but a drying close. Mouthfeel is a light and oily. Mixed.

330ml can from Micro Beer Crate, online. Clear gold with brief fizzy head, lots of carbonation visible. Aroma is fruity apple pulp with orchard funk. Watch out for the bubbles that go up the nose. Taste is quite dry and tart with apple pulp, wood, brown sugar, funk. Medium bodied, fairly smooth. Carbonation starts medium but reduces down quicker than most ciders. Quite tasty.
