Description

Cloudy dark amber color; thin creamy head. The aroma is light, with sweet caramel and meaty. The body strength is average, with sweet caramel flavor and too much cereals; maybe even a vegetables touch. Question mark.

Greenish orange with whitish head. Milky (not lactic), and soft hops aroma’s, point of sourness, nettles. Taste has a sweet ending after a light bitterness. Again a flavour not unlike nettle cheese. Retronasal an upsurge of more hops. Light bodied, ending on a dry, lingering bitterness. Interesting, original beer, well worth trying for.

(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of MiP. My bottlle claims 9.5% ABV. Pours a hazy golden with tiny impurities and a decent, white head leaving some laces. Very spicy, almost mustard-like nose. Quite full-bodied with sweetish malts and some fruit, yeast and sulphur. The finish is alcoholic with some bitterness. 230807

Bottle, 5.5%. Good, sweet hop aroma, slightly caramelly. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small stable head. The flavour starts off bitter, then turns to a distinct butterscotch flavour. Not just caramelly, this is diacetyl. Flawed IMO, but drinkable.
