A light burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with cherry pulp, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, tart mix of ground cherry, lemon, light lactic notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Cask@The Great British Beer Festival 2022 - Grainy and herbal grassy hoppy, notes of straw, hay, medium body, hoppy bitter close.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 1, 02/08/22. Very light haze on a golden blonde pour that dissipates in time. Nose is pale malts, herb, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, grass, dull fruit esters, cereals, grains, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Fine.

5/8/2022. Cask at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, biscuit, fruit, slight veg, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, average carbonation.

Pours hazy light gold into an English pint. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Jalapeno and caramel aromas. Soft with sweet caramel upfront turning to warm, fresh jalapeno before the lasting, charred sourdough finish.

4 oz. draft. Starts with a floral pop and ends on fruit. Medium bitterness. Turns into herbal as it warms up. Just ok.

4 oz. draft. Slightly hazy gold. Guess I was expecting red or pink!? Flavor is weak tart fruits. No particular fruit stands out. Has a mild pucker after the sip. Mild mineral hints. Nothing to make it pop.

5 oz. draft. Aroma is bread, lemon rind, salt. Taste is very lemon lime upfront with a lightly grain like texture. Good salinity and refreshing.
