Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Floral and fruity aroma. Dark orange amber. Frothy/bubbly white head. Mesium bitter. Citrus, some spice and a malty backbone. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. One of my mates loves this brewry and has started to go fishing with the owner so am going to have to tell him that it's another one of their beers that has left me cold. I guess it's more interesting than your average bitter but still it just slips down politely and is quickly forgotten.

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. A pale amber pour with a thin white head; pear aroma; full of estery pear flavours with a slight tingly sourness; then a dry finish. Could be mistaken for a Perry.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Nil aroma. Light copper gold. Thin bubbly white head is short-lived. Medium bitter, more so into the finish. Fruity but this then gets hopped out. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Dry finish, which is pretty astringent. Not keen on the aftertaste. Starts off well but lacks balance. Just another average gold.
