Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear dark amber beer, thin white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light sweetish malts. Mild citric hops, little light orange. Mild marmalade and grapefruit and a little resin. Light finish brings a trace of hop spice. Good bitter.
