Description
Opened in September 2014, Bexley Brewery produces good quality real ales.

We aim to brew beers that are distinctive with a range of interesting flavours for you to enjoy.

We use the best quality English malted barleys alongside traditional Kent grown hops & some amazing ones from Australia, New Zealand & the USA to produce beers of exceptional flavour and aroma.

[ As Bexley Old Mill ].Clear medium brown amber colour with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, hay, caramel, light UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, hay, dark malt, light UK yeast - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 6-3-6-3-11

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2017 Day 1. Clear copper colour lasting bubbly beige head. Floral hoppy. Some yeast character. Attractive floral hop. Quite dry on the finish May blossom.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2017 Day 1. Clear pale brown colour lasting beige head. Brown malt some yeast character. Rather good characterful brown bitter.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt,, dried fruit, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dried fruit, pale malt, fruity, sweet malt. Cask at the 29th Chappel Beer Festival. Poured amber red with and average sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, biscuit, light hop. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium to light body, texture a little watery, soft carbonation.

Cask@Harp, London - golden pour with white head. Fruity and white bready malty, some light citrus lemon notes, straw, hay, light body, grassy bitter close.

Cask gravity at the London drinker beer fest 2017. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is sweet honey malts, honey monster cereal, straw, little earthy hop. Palate is semi sweet, decent body , moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, big honey, grassy hop, hedgerow hop. Decent.

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2017. Black beer lasting tan head. Rum and chocolate on the aroma. Definitely rum in the mouth. A little thin in condition. Fine but not for me. Some bitterness on the finish. A little juicy
