750ml bottle split at garden share yesterday. Bottle sourcwed online from the brewery. Pours unclear dark brown towards black with a tan head. Wood, funk, sour fruit on the nose. Taste: red wine vinous vibes, light raspberry notes, hints of smoke. Thin to medium body with light carbonation. Another super interesting beer from All Day.

Panda at home from Colin. A mid orange coloured pour iwth a small relucant white head. Aroma is semi sweet and tart, musty vinous notes, peppery notes, some funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart lemon rind, musty funk, mould, hay, vinous notes, lingering vanilla and oak, leather. Palate is semi sweet and tart, light oily, moderate tingling carbonation.

750ml bottle bought online fro m the brewery & shared with a friend on NYE. Pours clear orange amber with a beige head. Aroma: Sweet, tart, light funk, oak, red wine grape. Taste: dry, sweet & sour, light tart, vinous, oaky. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Not an especially funky saison but that pinot barrel produced an absolute beaut. It beat the Cantillon Brabantiae 2018 that was sampled later that evening

Sample thanks to Cloin: Poured a coppery with a white head. Aroma is fruity, tartness, woodsy, vinous. Taste is woodsy, chardonnay like, fruity, tart.

Bottle at home, from an online peddler, 27/12/20. Almost clear golden with a moderate off white cap that soon clears to nothing. Nose is tarte berries, stoned fruits, oak, red grape must, hay bale. Taste comprises crisp citric zest, grape must, acidic tickle, wood must, gooseberry, dusty berries, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced acidic kiss. Decent approachable and well balanced sour.

[ As All Day Salle 'Pilsner' Porter ].
ABV: 4.1%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, toasted - roasted, bread, light nutty - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, candy, toasted - roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171206]
