Description
We are always busy creating taste sensations, always looking for improvements or new flavours and optimizing our beers. Our beer is pronounced, complex, balanced, often full and soft in texture. We don’t brew beer for everyone, we only brew beer for people who love pronounced flavours. We do this by constantly tinkering with our recipes in search of perfection, we want to brew beer that is considered legendary. One has to tell stories about how great the beer of the Moersleutel is. Anyone who drinks our beer must be spoiled for life and must want nothing more.

(Thank you!) Sampled draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Ridiculously better than #1. Black. Nose is pure Tonka goodness to the absolute max. Taste is lovely massive Tonka, chocolate, tonka candy, thick syrup, lingering vanilla, almost coconut. Highly taste, first Moersleutel beer where I get the hype. Low fake candy feel but still amazing.

(Thank you!) Sampled draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is nice litchi, white grape hop, bit doughy. Bit green taste, low cheese, too doughy for me, dry finish, low grainy but still nice with lower white grape & litchi. Dry doughy. Nice but I enjoyed #1 quite a bit more.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, vanilla, bourbon. Taste of sweet chocolate, bourbon, Vanilla, Melasse. Nice.

Clear black beer, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of whisky, alcohol, soft roast, more whisky, alcohol, dusty, bit chemical. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of alcohol, whisky, pretty messy, quite the alcohol bomb, roasted, banana peel, decent but a bit messy. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, alcohol.

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: pretty sweet, lots of chocolate, vanilla, soft roast. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very roasted, lots of chocolate, cocoa powder, very roasted. Aftertaste: more cocoa, very roased, bitter, lots of alcohol.

Taste: very roasted, lots and lots of bourbon, coconut, bitter touch, alcohol. Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, roast, dark chocolate, some coffee.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of roast, dark chocolate, bit malty, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: malty, very roasted, bit sweet, caramel, dark chocolate, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: more dark chocolate, bitter roast, nice stuff! Really like it!
